JAEFIELDS BRAND EXPERIENCE
Jaefields brings originality and quality back to streetwear with a Northwestern inspired line. Each handcrafted piece exhibits the dedication this company has to creating quality, lasting clothing. Based out of Portland, Oregon this unique company hopes to remain small internally, while reaching a vast market.
Using Jaefields as my example, I created a short book that explores the consumer's retail experience and how Jaefields could implement these ideas to create more success for their new clothing line.
The brand-kit was created as a new way of looking at the consumer's brand experience. This non-linear experience, is a more flexible approach to brand story and allows each consumer to define their own identity within the Jaefields brand.

Lumi offers one-of-a-kind light fixtures that each hold their own story. The lights are handcrafted from fabric and metal fixtures that once held other life. Lumi believes in unconventional, innovative and inspiring ideas and creating lighthearted elegance in a sustainable way.
For this project, I created a series of three handcrafted lights using only second hand materials. I also created the branding and staging for the Lumi brand story.

MU GRAPHICS BUSINESS CARDS
These business cards were created while working at the Memorial Union design studio. Cards were created for each of the designers and social media workers within the studio for the 2012-2013 academic year.
The seal on the front of the cards was designed to give the studio a new, more professional identity. While attempting to get serious shots of each team member we found that the goofy were more fitting for this group. A series of three cards were created for each person, giving us the serious look we intended as well as the more fun-loving nature of the group. Sides were painted to easily distinguish cards and create a more personalized feel.

STRYKE was a packaging project done in collaboration with 3 Oregon State University Bio-Engineering students and 2 fellow Graphic Designers. Our goal was to create protective wear for the leg that improved upon the restrictive and uncomfortable nature of some current athletic protection products on the market. Our solution suggested a partnering with D3O, a company who specializes in impact protection technology. Our hypothetical product was then used as the inspiration for our branding and packaging project, Stryke.

I.DEN.TI.TY FASHION SHOW
Every year the Memorial Union Program Council puts on a fashion show for Moms and Family Weekend at Oregon State University. The 2012 I.DEN.TI.TY fashion show was focused on the importance of self-acceptance and embracing the beauty in oneself.
The feel of the fashion show was striking and honest. In order to highlight culture in an abstract way, we researched patterns and textiles from different areas around the world. We then created various patterns of our own to be overlayed onto the photographs, adding another layer of individuality and pride in ones body and heritage.
This project included a poster series, program design, thank you cards, and various other collateral materials.
